i rate spontaneity much higher. hard work though for sure is a killer. i get messed by free time. way messed.
I think you're right, it should get a bump. I forgot camraderie as well. Working version, will be revised, maybe even reformatted.
And yes, I need structure absolutley or if not that then focus and a limited number of things.
